Quick shakshuka with onions, pointed peppers, diced tomatoes, eggs and bread.

Cut the onions into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 10 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seedlings and cut the flesh into thin strips.

Add to the onion and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil.

Break the eggs above it. Leave in 6 minutes with the lid on the pan on low heat.

Cut the bread into slices. Serve at the shakshuka to be baptized.
