Salad with avocado and lima beans
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: unroasted walnuts, canned lima beans and caesar dressing.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the walnuts for 3 min. On medium heat. Let cool on a plate.

Meanwhile, put the lima beans in a colander, rinse and let drain well.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into cubes.

Put the avocado in a bowl and pour the dressing through.

Mix the corn salad, beetroot, beans and avocado together. Divide the rest of the dressing and walnuts over it.
