Pasta carbonara with spinach
Trotolle carbonara with spinach, bacon and garlic.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Heat the grill pan and grill in it the bakbacon in 3-4 min. Until done, turn halfway.
Leave a handful of spinach leaves for garnishing.
Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry in parts 3-4 min. The rest of the spinach. Season with pepper, salt and garlic.
In the meantime pour the pasta, keep 1 tbsp of cooking water.
Beat the eggs.
Stir them quickly through the hot pasta with 2 wooden spoons. Add the retained cooking water if the paste becomes too dry. Season with pepper.
Spoon the bacon through the pasta and then the reserved spinach leaves.
Serve the pasta with the stir fried spinach.
