Chicken meatballs with grilled vegetables and couscous
Couscous with cumin and paprika, served with chicken meatballs, grilled vegetables and white cheese.

Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the frozen grilled vegetables for 12 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, mix the minced meat with the meatballs and form 12 balls with moist hands.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 8 min. Around golden brown and done.

Stir in the couscous with a fork and add the cumin, paprika and the oil.

Spoon the couscous on a large scale. Divide the vegetables and chicken meatballs.

Crumble the white cheese over it.
