Light the barbecue. Brush the chicken puffs with the oil and grill the chicken puffs in approx. 30 min. Until done. Times regularly.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Divide the French fries over a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Spoon halfway.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut the praise into strips.

Halve the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seedlings and cut the flesh into thin strips. Let the pineapple pieces drain and collect 1 t of pineapple juice.

Mix together the mayonnaise, pineapple juice and curry powder. Season with pepper and salt.

Mix the dressing with chicory, paprika and pineapple pieces. Sprinkle with the cashew nuts and serve with chicken patties, French fries and mayonnaise.
