A nice English recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, onion (chopped), flour, whole milk, coalfish fillet ((a 750 g, frozen), thawed), corn ((198 g), drained), garden peas (extra fine) (pack 450 g, freezer)), puff pastry ((frozen) and thawed).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add the flour and cook for 1 min. Pour 450 ml of milk into it while stirring and cook until smooth, bound sauce.
  2. Cut the fish into pieces and pat dry with kitchen paper. Scoop the fish with the corn, peas and pepper and salt through the sauce. Heat for 1 more minute and scoop in the baking dish.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry into a dough piece of 24 cm diameter. Brush the edge of the oven dish thinly with milk and place the dough on the dish. Brush the dough with the rest of the milk and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the fish pie in the oven in approx. 35 min. Until golden brown.
