Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Clean the peppers and cut into strips.

Heat the chicken in a frying pan over medium heat until the chicken is golden brown. Spoon the pepper strips and the mushroom stir-fry mix.

Bake in a high heat until the pepper starts to change color. Season the dish with the ginger syrup and soy sauce.

Scoop the shrimps through and warm them for a while. Cut the spring onion into rings.

Divide the noodles over bowls and scoop the shrimp chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle the whole with spring onion and serve immediately.
