Noodles with chicken and shrimps


Mihoen with chicken, shrimps, peppers, mushroom stir-fry mix, spring onion and soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Clean the peppers and cut into strips.
  2. Heat the chicken in a frying pan over medium heat until the chicken is golden brown. Spoon the pepper strips and the mushroom stir-fry mix.
  3. Bake in a high heat until the pepper starts to change color. Season the dish with the ginger syrup and soy sauce.
  4. Scoop the shrimps through and warm them for a while. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  5. Divide the noodles over bowls and scoop the shrimp chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle the whole with spring onion and serve immediately.
