Grilled salmon with lemon tortellini
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tortellini (cheese (250 g)), broccoli, salmon (grilled), lemon, garlic, olive oil and butter.

Tortellini cooked according to instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, clean broccoli, divide into florets and cut stem into slices.

Cook in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in approx.

Cast off.

Prepare grilled salmon according to directions on packaging.

Clean lemon and peel grate.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Oil in wok heating and fry in garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Mix warm tortellini with butter, lemon zest, taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Spread Tortellini over 4 plates, add broccoli and put grilled salmon next to it..
