- 400 gram minced beef
- 1 tablespoon Spice meatballs
- 1 egg beaten
- 50 gram bread crumbs
- 450 gram potato slice pre cooked
- 125 milliliters cooking cream
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 great zucchini in thin slices
- 2 big tomato in slices
- 100 gram young cheese grated
Knead the mince with the herbs and the egg and add as much breadcrumbs as needed to get a firm minced meat mixture.
Roll small balls and leave them in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Put the potato slices with the cream, salt and pepper, the garlic and the oregano.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Let the potato slices cook for 2 minutes and pour them into a greased oven dish.
Divide the zucchini and tomato slices alternately over the potato and place the balls on them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown and cook for about 30 minutes.
