Indian chicken with tomato
A delicious indonesian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, onion (coarsely chopped), chicken fillet (in strips), boemboe ajam smoor (125 g), tomato cubes (400 g), egg noodles (250 g), peanut butter (pot 350 g) and cucumber (in slices).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the chicken breast and brown in 3 min.

Add the Bumbu spice and the tomato cubes and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes. Prepare the egg noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Stir in the peanut butter and season with salt and pepper. Divide the noodles over 4 plates and add the Indian chicken. Serve with the cucumber.
