Sweet and sour bbq chicken from the carolina's


Chicken with a sauce of apple cider vinegar, tabasco, mustard, sugar and ketchup prepared on the barbecue.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Put the vinegar, tabasco, mustard, caster sugar and ketchup in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring.
  2. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
  3. Meanwhile, rub the chicken slices with the spice mix. Grill the chicken on medium heat on the barbecue.
  4. Brush every 3 min. With the sweet and sour sauce and then turn. Roast the chicken in this way in about 20 minutes until done.
  5. Take the chicken from the barbecue and scoop 4 tbsp of the leftover sauce. Serve the rest separately.
