Creamy lemon spaghetti with shrimp skewer

Rinse the shrimps under cold water and pat dry. Thread the shrimps on the skewers and brush with oil.

Heat the cooking cream slowly and add the lemon juice bit by bit. Remove from the heat source, cover and let stand.

Heat a grill pan and grill the shrimp skewers over and over. Cook the spaghetti al dente.

Meanwhile, put the lettuce with radishes and onion in a bowl with the dressing. Drain the spaghetti and scoop back into the pan. Pour in the cream and mix with the dill, lemon zest and pepper.

Divide the spaghetti over 4 plates and put a shrimp skewer on it. Serve the salad.
