Lamb chops with green peppers, Italian vegetable mix and couscous

Directions

  1. Soak couscous according to directions on packaging. Peel and chop onion. Cut chillies into pieces and remove stalks. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Heat butter in frying pan.
  2. Bake pancakes on high heat in approx. 6 minutes brown, and inside rosé. Take chops from pan and keep warm. Heat oil in wok. Add onion and fruit for about 2 minutes. Add peppers and vegetable mix and bake for about 3 minutes.
  3. Mix couscous with vegetables on a large scale. Place cigars on couscous and serve immediately. Tasty with tomato salad.
