Nasi with cabbage and satay sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (fast cooking), onion, spring onions, sunflower oil, sliced cabbage (300 g), carrot julienne (150 g), eggs, ready-to-eat satay sauce (a 500 g), unsalted peanuts ( a 250 g) and nasimix (50 g).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Peel and chop onions.

Wash the spring onion and cut into rings.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onion.

add cabbage and carrot and bake for about 5 minutes.

Unscrew eggs with salt and pepper.

Heat the remaining oil in frying pan and fry the egg on both sides for 3 minutes.

Fry satay sauce in a pan and mix with half of peanuts.

Cut the egg into pieces and mix with rice, nasi herbs, 1 dl water and vegetables.

Spread the rice mixture over four plates and pour saté sauce over it.

Garnish with rest of peanuts and spring onions.
