A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (fast cooking), onion, spring onions, sunflower oil, sliced ​​cabbage (300 g), carrot julienne (150 g), eggs, ready-to-eat satay sauce (a 500 g), unsalted peanuts ( a 250 g) and nasimix (50 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Wash the spring onion and cut into rings.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onion.
  5. add cabbage and carrot and bake for about 5 minutes.
  6. Unscrew eggs with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat the remaining oil in frying pan and fry the egg on both sides for 3 minutes.
  8. Fry satay sauce in a pan and mix with half of peanuts.
  9. Cut the egg into pieces and mix with rice, nasi herbs, 1 dl water and vegetables.
  10. Spread the rice mixture over four plates and pour saté sauce over it.
  11. Garnish with rest of peanuts and spring onions.
