Vegetarian capuchin dish
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, garlic, olive oil, Quorn (minced beef (175 g)), spice mix (with salt for mince with onions (40 g)), wok vegetables (Italian (frozen, 750 g)), capuchin ( 1 tin a 850 gr) and piccalilly (pot a 360 g).

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Oil in wok heating and fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the Quorn with Meatballs spice mix and fry for 1 min.

Add wok vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.

Add capuchins with moisture and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add salt, pepper and piccalilli to taste.

Distribute capuchin dish over 4 plates..
