Spicy plate pie with minced meat
Puff pastry pie with red onion, garlic, minced beef, chili pepper, peppers and eggplant.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Let the puff pastry thaw.

Place the slices of dough in a rectangle on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Let them touch each other slightly.

Fold the sides of the dough into an upright edge.

Prick into the dough with a fork and bake for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Meanwhile cut the garlic into thin slices, red pepper into rings and chop the onion.

Cut bell pepper into strips and eggplant into cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Fry the garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the minced meat and the oregano and fry in 4 minutes. Divide over the pie base.

Heat the oil. Fry the pepper, pepper and eggplant for 5 minutes and season with salt.

Distribute over the minced meat. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
