Directions

  1. Mix the mince with the egg, breadcrumbs, sweet soy sauce, sambal, salt, pepper and onion. Form balls of the size of a ping pong ball.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the balls in 15 minutes around brown and done. Well in the meantime the herbal spices.
  3. Boil the noodles and pour them. Prepare the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry with the herbs and the stir-fry vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the noodle and fry it briefly. Serve the noodles with the meatballs, satay sauce, cucumber and atjar.
