Penne with tomato-pepper sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne (pasta), green and red peppers, olive oil, tomato sauce, paprika and chili (a 185 g), Valess mediterranean (a 160 g), iceberg lettuce (mixed (200 g)) and balsamic dressing .

Directions

  1. Cook Penne according to instructions.
  2. Clean peppers and cut into pieces.
  3. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and gently heat.
  5. Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix with dressing.
  7. Make the pepper and pepper sauce by penne and season with salt if necessary.
  8. Divide Penne over four boards and lay next to it.
  9. Serve with lettuce..
