Chicken with yogurt and olives
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, broken green beans (500 g), oil, chicken breast cubes (about 350 g), chopped garlic (pot a 100 g), black olives without pit (minced meat), couscous, whole yogurt and fresh coriander (15 g).

Fry green beans in pan with boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Cook until tender.

Heat up wok oil and chop chicken cubes with garlic and olives for 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile in bowl couscous with 425 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the yogurt with chicken and gently heat for another 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Grate coriander coarsely and half with yoghurt chicken.

Pouring green beans.

Couscous into four deep plates and divide chicken with yoghurt sauce over it.

Creating green beans next to it.

Sprinkle the rest of coriander over it..
