Quinoa pumpkin burger with goat's cheese cream

Prepare the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging.

Grind the garlic, onion, pumpkin, basil, breadcrumbs and eggs in a food processor.

Spoon the mixture into a bowl and stir in the quinoa.

Season with salt and pepper.

Form 4 burgers with moist hands and put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Mix the goat's cheese with the cream.

Heat the oil and fry the burgers in medium height in about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the burgers on the bread roll with the lettuce, tomato and goat cheese cream.
