Cheese ragout with parsley carrots
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tarly (wheat, 250 g), old cheese (piece), scraped carrots (500 g), butter, flour, milk, Dutch mustard, parsley (frozen and box of 50 g).

Prepare the tarly according to the instructions for use.

Grate cheese.

Roast the carrots in 10 minutes.

Melt half of butter in saucepan, add flour, stir until ball and heat for 2 min.

Add milk little by little and stir until a thick sauce is formed.

Add cheese and season with ragout with mustard, salt and pepper.

If necessary add some milk if ragout becomes too thick.

Mix carrots with the rest of butter and parsley.

Arrange the ragout with carrots and tarly..
