Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 3 clove garlic shredded
- 1 Red pepper chopped, without seeds
- 1 green pepper chopped, without seeds
- 2 teaspoon ginger powder (djahé)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- Fish bouillon tablet
- 100 milliliters coconut milk
- 600 gram fish fillet optionally

Heat the oil on medium height and fry the onion, garlic, pepper, ginger and cumin for a few minutes, but do not let color.

Dissolve the half bouillon cube in 200 ml of boiling water. Pour this together with the coconut milk in the pan and let it come to a boil.
