Mexican Tortilla dish


Mexican dish from the oven with tortilla, chicken breast, mexican wok vegetables pineapple, pasta sauce and golden cheese.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry in the oil until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan.
  3. Stir fry the Mexican wok vegetables in the same pan as indicated on the package.
  4. Add the pasta sauce, pineapple and chicken and bring it all to the boil.
  5. Put 1/5 of the chicken-vegetable mixture in the baking dish and place a tortilla wrap on it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Cover with a second tortilla, again a part of the chicken with vegetables, and again a tortilla with cheese. Repeat until all tortillas are finished.
  7. Make sure it ends with a layer of sauce and sprinkle over the rest of the grated cheese.
  8. Place the dish in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Cut the tortilla dish into points and serve on flat plates.
