Turkey skewers with Thai cashew nut sauce
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), Thai fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), limes (pressed), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), salted cashew nuts, red Thai curry paste, coconut milk (200 ml), dark brown caster sugar, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and coarsely cut).

Ingredients
- 250 g turkey fillet
- 1 cm fresh ginger (bag 150 g), peeled
- 4 el Thai fish sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 2 limes pressed
- 4 el sesame oil bottle of 250 ml
- 150 g salted cashew nuts
- 1 el red Thai curry paste
- 1 package coconut milk 200 ml
- 3 el dark brown caster sugar
- Tray fresh coriander (a 15 g), coarsely cut

Cut the turkey fillet lengthwise into 12 long strips. Thread each bar zigzagging on a skewer.

Press the ginger with a garlic press. Put in a bowl and add 3 tbsp fish sauce, 3 tbsp lime juice and 3 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the turkey skewers through the marinade and leave to marinate outside the refrigerator for 1 hour. Turn regularly into the marinade.

Grind the cashew nuts in the food processor. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and fry the curry paste on low heat. Add the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Stir in the cashew nuts, sugar, the rest of the fish sauce and the lime juice and cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Heat the grill pan. Grill the turkey skewers in 4 min. Brown and done. Times regularly. Divide the skewers over 4 plates and add some sauce. Sprinkle with the coriander.
