Kale soup with smoked chicken and chorizo

Cut chorizo into pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan and chorizo for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring to the boil with 2 pots of water in large saucepan.

Soup gently for about 20 minutes.

Cut chicken fillet diagonally into thin slices.
