Spicy mustard burger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat, egg, rusks (wholemeal, crumbled), mustard (spicy), dried thyme, oil, Turkish bread ((pide), in four), pickles ( in slices) and tomato ketchup.

Knead the mince with the egg, the biscuit, the mustard and the thyme.

Season the minced beef to taste with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Form four sturdy citizens with moist hands.

Brush them with oil.

Heat a grill pan, grill the burgers in 15 minutes nicely brown and cooked on both sides.

Cut open the pieces of bread and place them briefly on the hot grill pan with the cutting surface down.

Put the burgers between the sandwiches.

Serve with the pickle and tomato ketchup..
