Chicken burger with parma crisp

Directions

  1. Grind the chicken fillet, chicken herbs, spring onions, celery, salt and pepper in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape burgers. Leave covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, mix together the ingredients for the sauce and season with pepper.
  4. Grate the apple and carrot coarsely and shovel. Season with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the parma ham on both sides until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Bake the burgers in the shortening or brush them with some shortening and grill on the barbecue. Grill every other way in about 4 minutes per side cooked.
  7. Cut the bread rolls open and top with lettuce and a spoonful of carrot salad. Divide a hamburger, shovel sauce and a piece of parma crisp. Cover with the bread cap, insert a skewer and serve immediately.
