Preheat the oven grill.

Halve the ciabattas in length. Place the halves on the baking sheet. Drizzle the halves with the oil. Roast the bread in approx. 4 min. Crispy in the oven.

Meanwhile, cut the onions into rings and the garlic into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into slices and heat the sausages according to the instructions on the package. Cut them into slanted slices.

Put the bread on the plates. Divide the tomato, onion, slices of sausage and rocket over it. Sprinkle with pepper.
