Mexican tuna wraps
Multigrain wraps with kidney beans, grilled peppers, corn, tuna, chili sauce and butter lettuce.

Rinse the kidney beans in a sieve under cold running water, drain well and put in a bowl.

Let the grilled paprika drain, cut into pieces and add to the beans.

Drain the maize and tuna and add. Mix in the chilli sauce.

Cut the parsley fine and put in a bowl.

Remove the wraps from the packaging, put them on a plate and heat them for 1½ minutes in the microwave at full power. Meanwhile, put the lettuce in a bowl.

Put the tuna salad, wraps, parsley and lettuce separately on the table and have everyone fill and roll up their own wrap.
