Bring a large pan with water and a little salt to the boil and cook the pasta in 10 min. Until done.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Cut the carrots into slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots for about 3 minutes. Add the pepper and the vegetarian mince and fry for about 3 minutes.

Then put the tomato frito and the water in the pan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.

Drain the pasta and mix in the sauce. Sprinkle a lot of cheese at the table.
