Directions

  1. Bring a large pan with water and a little salt to the boil and cook the pasta in 10 min. Until done.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Cut the carrots into slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots for about 3 minutes. Add the pepper and the vegetarian mince and fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Then put the tomato frito and the water in the pan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Drain the pasta and mix in the sauce. Sprinkle a lot of cheese at the table.
