Cut the chicken wings in half (apart from the bolts) and sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil and fry the chicken wings alternately brown.

Add the onion and fry in medium brown light for about 5 minutes.

Add the rosemary or thyme and carrot slices and stir fry at medium height in about 10 minutes.

Add the honey and continue to season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, boil the rice in water with a pinch of salt and drain.

Let the rice stand out for a few minutes in the closed pan and serve it with the stir-fry tray.
