Farfalle with pesto, broccoli and smoked chicken strips
Creamy pasta with smoked chicken, broccolli, pesto and pine nuts.

Bring a pan of water to the boil.

Meanwhile, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts over medium heat in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

When the water is boiling, add the pasta and possibly salt and cook the pasta in 10 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk with a peeler and cut into pieces.

Add the broccoli to the pasta for the last 5 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the dairy spread with the water in the frying pan. Stir in the pesto and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and broccoli. Add together with the chicken strips to the dairy pesto and mix. Heat the whole one more minute.

Spread the pasta over deep plates and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
