Asparagus risotto with parma ham


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, risotto rice, whipped cream, chicken broth (hot (from tablet)), dry white wine, green asparagus tips (100 g), Parma ham, fresh basil ((15 g), in strips), Grana Padano ((cheese) and grated).

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the risotto until all the grains shine.
  2. Pour the cream in and let everything simmer while stirring until all the moisture is absorbed.
  3. Pour broth with a soup spoon and keep stirring.
  4. Always pour a spoon of broth again when the previous amount of moisture has been absorbed.
  5. Continue with the white wine when the stock is empty.
  6. In the meantime, boil the asparagus tips over the boiling water in 2 minutes.
  7. Fry the parma ham in a dry frying pan until crispy, cool and break into pieces.
  8. Stir in most of the basil, cheese, ham and asparagus tips just before serving.
  9. Sprinkle with the rest of the basil, cheese, ham and asparagus tips..
