Italian mushroom burger with mozzarella and chicory salad
Vegetarian mushroom burger with mozzarella on a spelled roll with chicory salad and creamy dressing.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Fry the spelled rolls and mushroom burgers for approx. 8 minutes on a grid in the middle of the oven.

Meanwhile cut the bottom of the stalk chicory. Cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut the leaves into pieces. Clean the pears.

Cut the unpeeled pears into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into cubes.

Cut the celery into bows. In a bowl mix the chicory, pear, celery and rocket with the dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Cut the buns open and spread the bottom halves with the mayonnaise.

Divide the rest of the arugula and then the burgers and mozzarella over it.

Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with the top of the buns. Serve with chicory salad.
