Stir-fry meal with lentils, tofu and zucchini
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: brown rice (400 g), oil, onion (chopped), tofu naturel ((375 g) in cubes), courgettes (in half slices), lentils ((a 400 g) drained) and djinten (ground cumin) (jar a 25 g).
