Tuna burger of sweet potato and garden peas with curry
Burger of tuna, sweet potato mash and curry on a multigrain ball with tzatziki salad, cucumber and lettuce.

Put the garden peas in a bowl and pour boiling water over them until they are underneath. Drain the tuna and mix with the sweet potato mash.

Add the curry madras. Put the garden peas in a colander and drain well.

Mix the garden peas together with the egg and breadcrumbs through the tuna-potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the mixture into a ball per person and press it flat until you have fat burgers the size of the sandwiches.

Put the rest of the breadcrumbs in a plate and cover the burgers one at a time.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on high heat on both sides.

Turn down the heat and let the burgers cook in approx. 8 minutes.

In the meantime, cut open the multigrain bulbs and cover both cutting surfaces with the tzatziki salad.

Cut the cucumber into slices and spread over the rolls. Divide the lamb's lettuce over it. Place a burger on each bun and serve.
