Fried cod with sea aster
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, orange, fresh parsley (a 30 g), garlic (squeezed), pre-cooked baby potatoes (700 g), cod fillets ((approx. 250 g), at room temperature), olive oil, butter, shallots (chopped), sea star * (vegetable and box of 200 g).

Season with orange balsam and grate half of skin.

Chop the parsley very finely and mix it with garlic.

Bake half of the potatoes and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Meanwhile halve cod fillets, pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and fry cod on one side for approx.

7 min.

Until fish is just cooked and golden brown and crispy on the underside.

Melt half of the butter in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the shallots for 1 min.

Add sea star and let it shrink in 4-5 min.

Drain the kebabs and sprinkle with the rest of the butter and garlic-parsley mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the fish over four plates, cook the newborns and sea aster..
