Leek-salad stew with sweet potato and fresh sausage

Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Put them in a pan with water with salt and bring to the boil.

Cook the potatoes in 20 minutes until done. Add the sweet potato fries after 10 minutes and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in 2 frying pans. Fry the fresh sausage on medium heat in one frying pan in 4 min. Brown.

Add the water and cook the sausage with the lid on the pan over low heat for 12 minutes.

Fry the leeks in the other frying pan with the curry powder on medium heat 10 min. Change regularly.

Drain the potato and sweet potato and crush with the puree mash.

Mix the fried leek and the gravy of the sausage and season the stew with pepper and salt.

Scoop ⅔ of the lettuce into a melange. Spoon the stew into a bowl and sprinkle with the rest of the lettuce melange.

Place the fresh sausage on top and serve.
