Salmon steaks with salt flakes


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly (puff) potatoes, carrots, fresh chives (20 g), sour cream (125 ml), salmon steaks, sunflower oil, salt flakes (flakes and pack a 200 g).

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes and prick them with a fork.
  2. On kitchen paper in microwave at full power (700 watts) in 10-12 min.
  3. (Depending on size) almost cooked.
  4. Place the potatoes in a kitchen towel and let them go for 10 minutes.
  5. Clean the carrots and cook in 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the chives and stir with sour cream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle salmon steaks with pepper and coat with oil.
  9. Grill pan and salmon in 5 min.
  10. Brown on the outside and rosé on the inside.
  11. Spread carrots and potatoes on four plates.
  12. Cut potatoes open and fill with cream mixture.
  13. Place salmon next to it and sprinkle it with salt flakes..
