Indian tikka vegetables with naan bread
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, wok vegetables coarsely chopped (400 g), Indian (tikka masala (520 g)), almond shavings (45 g), vinegar, curry powder, sugar, naan bread (with garlic and coriander (2 pieces)) and spinach (300 g).

Heat 3 liters of oil in woks and stir-fry vegetables for 3 minutes.

Add Tikka masala and simmer for 5 minutes.

Almond shavings roast in a light frying pan over medium heat, stirring constantly back and forth.

Cool on plate.

In wide scale, mix vinegar with curry powder, sugar, salt to taste and residual oil.

Heat the bread as indicated on the packaging.

Halve each loaf.

Mix spinach in bowl with curry dressing.
