Pesto pork chops with green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, spaghetti, olive oil, ribs, onion (chopped), pesto alla genovese (duo pack 2 x 90 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and boil the beans in plenty of water with salt in 6 min. Until al dente. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of water with salt according to the instructions on the package al dente.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the pork chops with pepper and salt and fry in 10 minutes until golden brown and done.
Take the pork chops out of the pan and keep them warm on a plate under aluminum foil. Fry the onion in the shortening of the pork chops. Add 75 ml of water and stir the cakes. Stir in the pesto and crème fraîche and heat the sauce for another 2-3 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper.
Divide the spaghetti over 4 plates. Serve with the pork chops, the sauce and the green beans.
