Salmon fillet with basil cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots (chopped) and Pinot Gris white wine.

Remove the leaves of basil from the twigs and tear them into pieces. Keep the stalks.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and gently fry the shallot for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the pieces of fish with salt and the lemon pepper and roll them through the butter. Pour the wine into the pan and add the stalks of the basil.

Put the lid on the pan and let the fish cook in the lowest layer for about 8 minutes. Ensure that the contents of the pan do not boil.

Spoon the fish on a warm dish and keep the fish warm under aluminum foil.

Remove the basil stalks from the cooking liquid. Pour the cream into the pan, bring everything to the boil and let the sauce boil for about 4 minutes.

Season the sauce to taste with salt and lemon pepper. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle the basil over it.
