Meatballs with puree and ratatouille


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ratatouille package, olive oil, mashed potatoes (crème fraîche, 177 g), meatballs (300 g), beef gravy (dosing jus, packet and a 180 g).

Directions

  1. Clean vegetables from ratatouille package and cut into pieces.
  2. Keep pieces of green pepper separately.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in casserole and vegetables for 2 min.
  4. Turn the fire down and let vegetables simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry green pepper for 3 minutes.
  6. Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.
  7. Bring 250 ml of water to the boil in a pan, stir in the gravy powder and cook for 1 min.
  8. Heat meatballs for 1-2 minutes in a microwave oven at 700 watts.
  9. Create green peppers by puree.
  10. Season the ratatouille with salt and pepper.
  11. Serving meatballs with puree, gravy and ratatouille..
