Creamy spaghetti with green beans
Creamy pasta of mascarpone, minced beef, onion, capers and green beans.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the onion.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the mince and fry it. Add the frozen green beans and cook for 5 minutes.

Spoon the mascarpone through the mixture and melt on low heat. Stir in the capers and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the spaghetti and scoop through the sauce.

Divide the pasta over deep plates.
