A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli, Chinese noodles, cod fillet (in cubes), surimisticks ((150 g), in broad strips), Thai curry paste, coconut milk (200 ml), red onions (in thin parts), sambal oelek, (stir fry) oil and soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes in plenty of boiling water with salt.
  2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package al dente.
  3. Scoop the cod, surimi, Thai curry, coconut milk and sambal and heat the mixture for 6-8 minutes in the microwave at 600 watts.
  4. Spoon the curry after a few minutes.
  5. Let the noodle drain in a colander.
  6. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion pieces for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Spoon in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Put the noodles through them and heat everything while reheating until the noodles are hot and hot.
  9. Season with a dash of soy sauce.
  10. Leave the curry out of the microwave for a while and serve with stir-fried noodles..
