Stewed peanut dressing with bacon patties
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly cooking potatoes (800 g), butter, bacon patties (seasoned (4 pieces, 500 g)), onion (chopped), red pepper (chopped) and endive (finely chopped (500 g)).

Boil the potatoes in 15 min. According to the instructions on the packaging. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the bacon strips on both sides in approx. 18 min. Brown and crunchy. Remove from the pan and keep warm under a lid.

Pour almost all the fat from the casserole, collect it. Fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes in the rest of the shortening.

Drain the potatoes, add 2 tbsp of the shortening from the bacon patties and puree with the puree pestle. Scoop the onion, paprika and endive through and season with salt and pepper. Serve the stew with the bacon patties.
