Leeks with tomato dressing, grilled chicken and potato
Main course with Carisma potatoes, leeks, chicken breast and vine tomatoes, with a dressing of tomato, chives, capers and olive oil.

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into slices of 2 cm. Cook in a large pan with water and salt in 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, remove the bottom and the dark green part of the leeks and cut into 4 cm slanted pieces.

Wash the pieces of leek and cook for the last 8 minutes of the cooking time with the potatoes.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan without oil or butter.

Brush the chicken dumplings with the oil, sprinkle with pepper and salt and grill in the grill pan for 12 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Grate the tomatoes with a coarse grater over a bowl and collect the juice. Discard the sheets.

Mix the tomato grater and juice with the chives, capers and the oil into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the rest of the tomatoes into pieces and spread with the potatoes and leeks over a bowl. Sprinkle with the dressing and spread the chicken over it.
