Slice the garlic. Remove the stalk from the green beans and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Heat the ghee in a wok stir fry the chili pepper, the mustard seed, the coriander and coconut 1 min.

Add the green beans, garlic and water and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the peas and carrot and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
