A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, jackrabbit mussels, tuna steaks (halved), salmon fillets (in 4 pieces), giant scampi ((frozen), thawed and peeled), lemon (pressed) and olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper.

Combine yakob mussels, tuna, salmon, shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon juice and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.

Drain everything and stick jackjack mussels, tuna, salmon and shrimps on pens. Spread skewers generously with oil and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on well-grated racks on each side. Tasty with salsa verde, green salad and baguette or French fries.
