Tilapia fillet in spicy herb crust
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tilapia fillet (fish), lemon, ground turmeric (koenjit), ground coriander (ketoembar), freshly ground black pepper, ginger powder, cinnamon, ground cumin (djinten), flour, beer and oil.

Cut Tilapia into 12 equal pieces.

Dust the fish with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Mix spices, flour and pinch of salt in deep plates.

Add as much beer with stirring that smooth, thick batter is created (about 100 ml).

Heat oil in frying pan.

Cut pieces of fish one by one and immediately put them in hot oil.

Fish in 6-8 min.

On high heat until golden brown and cooked through, halfway turning.

Tasty with carrot salad with fresh coriander and mashed potatoes..
